The Spoonist started with a simple frustration: buying kitchen gadgets that looked great online and disappointed in real kitchens. Flimsy blades. “Nonstick” pans that scratched in a month. Air fryers whose baskets peeled after ten uses.
So we decided to do it differently — digging through thousands of verified owner reviews, professional tests, and community discussions on Reddit and YouTube to find out what actually holds up in daily use, and writing the guides we wished we’d had.
